ICO is looking for a Sales & Marketing manager to join our multinational team. We’re based in the vibrant city of Brighton, UK, and looking for someone who can join us to manage the day-to-day of our media monitoring tool Footprints as well as several other smaller sales channels. The role can be done remotely or in person from Brighton, as preferred. This is a part-time role and we’re a four-day-week company working Monday to Thursday, making this role ideal from someone who’s coming back into the job market after a pause or needs flexibility.
The ideal candidate is someone with previous experience in sales and marketing (ideally within a SaaS product environment) with established working practices and industry-standard environments. Games industry knowledge is not required but a fantastic plus to have.
You will be joining a close-knit team of people from all over the world, working on our coverage management software tool, Footprints, as well as a variety of other projects and helping us progress our current sales & marketing pipelines within the team.

You are: Someone experienced in sales and marketing, who maybe likes video games, is comfortable multitasking and keen to work on a variety of projects, upcoming and existing, to build up sales pipelines, talk to potential clients, chat about features and take people from discussion to customer and every step of the way.
What you bring to the team:
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Additional language skills are a big plus.
- 2 – 3 years of sales and marketing in a SaaS company or agency.
- Games industry knowledge is not required but a fantastic plus to have
- Account management experience is required.
- Proven organizational and planning skills.
- Focus, able to prioritize tasks based on timeliness.
- Self-starter, strong bias-to-action.
- Ability to work with and analyze data, as well as report writing.
- Comfortable working in multicultural teams and across languages (we use English across the team).
- Tech savvy enough to understand the process and the logic of a SaaS.
What you will be doing:
- Taking ownership of the commercial side of Footprints, from lead generation to account management and marketing.
- Being responsible for designing, running, and booking product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Benchmarking the tool and working on the long-term product strategy alongside management.
- Participating and traveling to video game events to discuss with potential clients.
- Day to day management of clients, being their first point of contact and knowledge, as well as helping them out with any questions after conversion.
- Collaborating with the software team to define the feature roadmap for Footprints.
- Creating external-facing communication pieces alongside our creative team.
- Connecting with industry contacts, developers, and companies in the games industry.
- Attending major international and local industry events
- Learning about trends and making connections with people, supporting our partners presence as needed.
- Overseeing regular media relations activities including collection and analysis of press coverage for different titles.
- Working with teams of all sizes and profiles, from AAA to indie.
- Playing and testing videogames as needed.

Remuneration : £14,000 – £18,000 DOE + Incentives.
