Examining the files

For The Operator, ICO worked closely with the small indie team at Bureau 81 since the very beginning of the creative process of the game.

Our work included all the go-to-market planning and strategy, logo, branding and visual development, trailer production, voice acting supervising, and full communications support including PR and creators marketing.

Starting the project, we defined the Unique Selling Points and audience for the studio:

We also ran several paid social media campaigns with overachieving results that boosted the game's visibility and traction on Steam during the Steam Next Fest and the launch of the game.

The release of The Operator on PC was a big success, as the title was listed as one of the best indie games of 2024, and sold over 100,000 units during its first six months of life.
